LIFETIME WARRANTY

Limited Transferable

Southem Vinyl Window Mfg., Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the home; and for a period of ten (10) years from the date of transfer to the new owner from the original purchaser.

All vinyl extrusions will be warranted against chipping, cracking, peeling, blistering, warping or sagging.

All balances, rollers, locks, keepers and hardware will be warranted to operate properly and serve the design function.

All glass units are warranted against accidental breakage and breakage due to manufacturing defects. All glass units are warranted against seal failure (wrinkling, discoloration, sagging) as well as seal failure which results in dust, film, or condensation forming on the internal glass surface. If glass should break for any reason Southern Vinyl Window Mfg., Inc. will replace broken unit at no charge.

All Heat Mirror insulated glass units will be warranted against film failure (i.e., wrinkling, discoloration, sagging) as well as seal failure for the full term of warranty.

Installation by Southern Vinyl Window Mfg., Inc. is covered for the full term of this warranty (excluding caulk and exterior trim finish). Installation by other than Southern Vinyl Window Mfg., Inc. is not covered, nor are any problems relating thereto.

Screen frames are covered for the full term of the warranty. Screen fabric, under normal use, is covered for ten (10) years with replacement screening supplied free of charge at the factory outlet.

This warranty covers only those products manufactured by Southern Vinyl Window Mfg., Inc. All non-manufactured products carry the original manufacturer's warranty.

Southern Vinyl Window Mfg., Inc. makes no representation or warranty, either written or implied, with respect to exterior condensation on the windows, since exterior condensation does not indicate a defect but is a natural result of moisture in the house and changes in temperature and humidity.

SERVICE CALLS: NO CHARGE FOR LABOR. NO CHARGE FOR MATERIALS. NO CHARGES OF ANY KIND FOR SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, intentional acts, fire, floods, or other acts of God.
